The economic rush for Christmas spending is a well placed economic phenomenon. It appeals to those looking to achieve a price discount for early birds. This is heavily exploited by the industry to make people believe that they are getting a great deal. Despite this conviction the through the use of Internet websites, and broad access to information, the buyer can put their goods on layaway months in advance with the same or greater discounts. The only difference is the frame of mind of the online customer. Not until after Thanksgiving are they in the Christmas mind frame for purchasing. Why?
